“Death’s-Head”
A concept sketch for a Leroux-based Erik, with a bit of Kay’s Erik thrown in for good measure. In addition to Leroux’s “death’s head” description, I wanted to emphasize asymmetry in the facial features to give it a psychologically unnerving appearance, along with semi-translucent skin so that the skull and veins would be slightly visible.

The return of Thom
Eddie Redmayne appears to be sporting some serious Thom Browne (the signature strips of red, white + blue trim are the giveaway) on the red carpet in Beijing for the fans’ preview event of the Crimes of Grindelwald. We love it. Not so sure about Jude Law’s Miami Vice look and Katherine Waterston channeling Morticia Addams, though. Ezra Miller is always spot-on eccentric. (From @gavinfeng97 on Twitter via Weibo)
